  2. Portfolio/Interview

  3. Report cards for the last two (2) consecutive semesters (to determine applicant’s pathway)

  4. Most recent standardized test scores, e.g. iLEAP, LEAP, EOC

  5. Two (2) proofs of residency

  6. *Applicant must upload a student interview video and submit a portfolio(physical or digital) within seven (7) calendar days of the day the signature page and supporting documents have been submitted to Lee High.*
